ECSO is pleased to relaunch a new dedicated series of webinars about the national transposition on the NIS2 Directive, now with confirmed new date. The inaugural session will take place on 10 July 2025 from 14:00 to 15:15 CEST, with a spotlight on Greece. This session will bring together representatives from national authorities and industry leaders to explore the practical implications of NIS2 transposition at the national level.

As the European landscape of cybersecurity regulation evolves, the transposition of the NIS2 Directive into national law marks a pivotal moment for both public and private sector entities operating within Greece. To support our members in understanding and preparing for these changes, we are pleased to invite you to a dedicated webinar exploring the national implementation of NIS2 in Greece, a discussion designed to offer critical insights, regulatory clarity, and practical guidance.

This webinar brings together perspectives from both sides of the regulatory spectrum:

  • From Policy to Practice – The Regulator’s Perspective
    A representatives from the Greek National Cyber Security Authority will provide an overview of the national transposition process, shedding light on what the directive means in practice, key obligations for entities, and how regulatory oversight will be shaped moving forward.

  • Facing the Challenge – The Organisation’s Perspective
    Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) from a leading Greek company will share real-world experiences in preparing for NIS2 compliance. This session will focus on:
    • Steps taken to align with the directive’s requirements
    • Internal challenges and how they’re being addressed
    • Ambiguities in the directive that demand further clarification
    • Recommendations for peer organisations
    • The role of cooperation with national authorities in achieving compliance
