Cyber Workforce Collective Objectives:

  • Create a dynamic Irish network that brings together HR professionals and education and training providers in cyber security, fostering collaboration to effectively address the industry’s needs and challenges.
  • Produce data and reports on the cyber security labour market in Ireland.
  • Equip education and training providers with a deeper understanding of the necessary skills and current demand within the industry, ensuring they can effectively prepare the workforce of the future.

Who can Join?

The Cyber Workforce Collective is free, non-binding and voluntary. It will be made up of HR professionals and education and training providers based in Ireland. The criteria for joining the CWC are: 

  • Contributors must be based in Ireland;  
  • Contributors must have a role linked to the hiring, development or retention of cybersecurity staff;
  • The working group is open to professionals from large companies, SMEs, the public sector, education and training providers, and Skillnet Ireland.
